Yes. I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots for individuals facing financial barriers to care. I recognize that access to therapy is influenced by many factors beyond motivation or desire for support, and I strive to make services as accessible as possible within the realities of a small private practice.
These spots are limited and availability may vary. If cost is a concern, I encourage you to reach out so we can discuss current options and determine whether there may be a path forward together.

At this time, Journey Confluence is operating as a private-pay practice. My goal is to thoughtfully expand access to care without sacrificing the relational, individualized, and human-centered approach that Journey Confluence was created to provide. While I am actively exploring which insurance panels best align with the populations I serve, the credentialing process is often lengthy and can take several months to complete.
My intention is to begin contracting with select insurance providers by Winter 2026, though timelines are ultimately dependent upon each insurance company and cannot be guaranteed.
In the meantime, I am happy to provide monthly Superbills for clients who wish to pursue out-of-network reimbursement through their existing insurance plans. Many individuals are able to receive partial reimbursement for therapy services, though coverage and reimbursement rates vary by plan.
I recognize that accessibility and affordability matter. My hope is to continue expanding options for care while preserving the flexibility, privacy, and individualized approach that are central to the work we do together. As new insurance partnerships become available, updates will be shared here and with current clients.

I ask that clients provide at least 24 business hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment - whether that’s by call, text, or email is up to you. Missed appointments and/or appointments canceled with less than 24 business hours' notice will be charged the full session fee. Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse for late cancellations or no-show fees.
Life happens, and I understand that plans occasionally change. Emergencies happen, too - if something urgent or unexpected arises, please take care of yourself, your loved ones, or whatever requires your attention. I simply ask that you let me know what is going on and/or of the change in plans, as soon as you are reasonably able to.
If late cancellations or missed appointments begin to become a pattern, we'll take some time to discuss whether our current schedule and level of care are working for you. Together, we may explore adjusting appointment days or times, changing the frequency of sessions, or revisiting your therapeutic goals and needs.
My intention is not to repeatedly charge you for appointments you are unable to attend, but rather to work collaboratively toward a plan that feels sustainable while also honoring the time set aside for your care and the ability to offer those appointment times to others seeking support.
Rates & Policies for Additional Services:
-
Individual Supervision: $125/per hour
Triadic Supervision: $100/per associate
Group Supervision: Price determined by size & length of group
While standard rates apply, I intentionally reserve a limited number of reduced-fee and sliding-scale spots. If cost is a concern, I encourage you to reach out so we can discuss options together.

I believe that consultation, mentorship, and community should be accessible, particularly for clinicians who are earlier in their careers or who face systemic barriers to financial stability and professional development.
While standard consultation rates apply, I intentionally reserve a limited number of reduced-fee and sliding-scale spots for newer or "greener" clinicians, as well as those whose identities, circumstances, or systemic realities create barriers to income and access. I also offer reduced rates for clinicians seeking more frequent consultation, recognizing that ongoing support and community are often most beneficial when they are sustainable over time.
My goal is to create opportunities for clinicians to deepen their work, build confidence, and remain connected without financial barriers becoming the sole determinant of who gets access to support. If cost is a concern, I encourage you to reach out so we can discuss options together.

Because each training opportunity is unique, pricing varies depending on several factors, including the size of the audience, length of the presentation, degree of customization requested, and whether the training is delivered virtually or in person.
I offer everything from shorter workshops and guest lectures to multi-part trainings and fully customized presentations tailored to the specific needs of organizations, teams, and communities. My goal is to provide meaningful, engaging, and practical content while working collaboratively to find an option that aligns with your budget and goals. Please reach out for a customized quote and I'd be happy to discuss your needs further.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of psychotherapy services. This estimate outlines the expected charges for services such as intake and ongoing sessions, helping clients understand potential costs before treatment begins.
The total amount is an estimate and may vary depending on the number and frequency of sessions. If the actual bill is $400 or more higher than the estimate, clients have the right to dispute the charge. This policy promotes transparency and helps clients make informed decisions about their care.
