Your Journey, Together
None of us are shaped by a single instance, story, person, or experience. Rather, we are simultaneously individually on our own life journeys while also collectively continuing to influence & be influenced by one another. Our identities, relationships, cultures, communities, experiences, and values continually intersect and influence one another.
At the heart of everything I do is a belief that people deserve spaces where they feel less alone, less ashamed, and more connected to themselves and others. I believe healing isn't about becoming someone entirely different, but instead about coming home to who you've always been beneath the expectations, wounds, and stories that no longer serve you.
Journey:
My belief that is that healing is not a destination to be reached, but an evolving relationship with ourselves, our experiences, and the world around us.
There is no universal roadmap, finish line, or timeline that determines whether you're doing it "right." Like any meaningful journey, growth often includes unexpected detours, pauses, setbacks, moments of clarity, and periods of uncertainty. Sometimes we move forward intentionally; other times we find ourselves revisiting familiar terrain with new insight and understanding. Every person arrives to the point of asking for support, carrying their own unique story. No two paths are identical, and no meaningful path is ever perfectly linear. There are seasons of movement and seasons of stillness; moments of certainty and moments of questioning; beginnings, endings, and countless transitions in between.
A journey invites curiosity over judgment, flexibility over perfection, and presence over urgency. Sometimes there are milestones worth celebrating, landmarks worth pausing to appreciate, or stretches of the path that call for rest rather than movement. Sometimes we discover that the route we thought we were taking no longer feels aligned, and we find ourselves exploring an entirely different direction. Wherever your path leads, my role is not to determine the destination or insist on a particular route, but to travel alongside you as you navigate it.
If you need to step off the path for a while, I won't take it personally. Unlike settings where relationships may be limited by organizational structures or changing providers - I value continuity of care and the relationships we build over time. Just let me know where you're headed, and if our paths cross again in the future, I'll be glad to meet you there. And if, somewhere down the road, you find yourself wanting support again, we can often pick up where we left off - bringing with us all that you've learned, experienced, and become along the way.
Confluence:
In nature, a confluence is the meeting place where separate rivers come together, each retaining its own course while contributing to something larger. I see healing and growth much the same way: not as a straight line, but as an evolving process shaped by the many experiences, relationships, identities, and moments that converge throughout our lives.
Confluence reflects my belief that meaningful change emerges when supported through connection, collaboration, and acknowledgment of the influence of systems & structures beyond our own individual control. Think influence — then make it bi-directional & mutually fulfilling.
Whether you're seeking personal healing or professional growth, I have found that upon empowering others to claim a deeper understanding of themselves, for themselves, and for the world — the outcome is a generative effect of progress toward a more liberated, more authentic, more meaningful, and more human connection.

I currently offer secure, virtual teletherapy for clients throughout California. Beginning November 2026, I look forward to welcoming in-person clients in Mission Hills, San Diego at the HellaGood Therapy Co-Working Office.
As I prepare for several pre-planned travel commitments this fall, I have intentionally chosen not to begin offering in-person appointments until I am able to do so consistently. Rather than starting in-person care only to interrupt it, I'd rather ensure that the way we begin our work together reflects the reliability and presence I strive to offer throughout our work.
