Clinical Connection: Consultations, Trainings & Workshops

Two women sitting on a gray couch looking at a laptop screen together. One woman has curly hair and wears a black sweater with white circle patterns, the other has blonde hair and wears a colorful striped sweater. A coffee mug is on a wooden table in front of them. There is a plant in the background.

Consultation & Connection Building with Licensed Clinicians

Best fit for Consultations:

  • Those disillusioned with traditional, formulaic models that feel impersonal or overly clinical

  • Those focused on or passionate about trauma work & wanting a space to explore how to safely transition their client sessions from surface level to process-oriented work

  • Those open to learning & applying harms-reduction, anti-oppressive, and deconstructive approaches

  • Those hoping to build confidence & demystify ‘hot’ topics in the therapy room - sex, gender, race, infidelity, nonmonogamy, kink, crime, money, politics, body size bias & more

  • Those feeling lonely, detached or isolated in your practices & just want to talk to someone who gets it

  • White clinicians seeking a non-performative space for radical identity development - looking to harness the authority, positionality, & privilege in their therapy chair ‘for good’

  • Those battling imposter syndrome or feeling as though they aren’t ‘healed enough’ to help others

  • Those noticing the ways their own pain resurfaces in the work and want a place to explore how to translate that safely & appropriately within the therapy space

I truly value my current & past roles as a supervisor, consultant, health advisory board member, mentor, and guide - energized by every opportunity to expand my collaborative network to include those who yearn to move beyond textbook strategies into more inspired, connected, and intersectional ways of conceptualizing, relating, and practicing.

I intentionally offer alternative frameworks that can challenge or adapt existing, dominant narratives that inform how we assess, diagnose, pathologize, and approach evidence-based practices. By centering and amplifying QBIPOC voices and drawing wisdom from precolonial practices, I aim to cultivate & model a more expansive and inclusive understanding of healing.

I find so much fulfillment in helping other mental health professionals discover new ways of understanding themselves, their clients, and the systems we all navigate by integrating psychological, systemic, sociological, and neurobiological knowledge into how we can best understand ourselves, our clients, and the work we do - individually and collectively.
